Stewards of Our Strengths

We are excited to announce the 2018 Stewards of Our Strengths* pre-conference to the the International Catholic Stewardship Council's (ICSC) annual conference! We are building on the great response and feedback from the last three years' pre-conferences  in designing this year's opportunity for ICSC participants. The day will be led by  Leisa Anslinger and will offer many opportunities for participants to share their experiences, questions, and insights.

Stewards of Our Strengths*  will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 28 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the ICSC Conference Hotel and before the ICSC conference begins at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN.  The pre-conference will provide an in-depth introduction to talents and strengths for beginners.  All pre-conference participants should complete the CliftonStrengths talent identification instrument prior to the pre-conference.  Link here to purchase a CliftonStrengths Top 5 only code.

The registration form is now available on the ICSC website here.

In addition to the Stewards of Our Strengths* experience, registration includes the Bridges Leadership Series workbook Building Bridges to the Heart of Your People, equipping participants to quickly and effectively take their experience back to their parish or diocese and put their new knowledge into action. Click here for more information on the Bridges process, which includes extensive support materials, delivered via a background web page, providing all that you will need to take the next steps with Strengths development in your parish or diocese.

The CliftonStrengths© talent-identification tool is used by hundreds of parishes throughout North America to help parishioners discover, develop and become better stewards of their talents, not only in their parishes but in all aspects of their lives. The process strengthens the ways in which people live as good stewards at home, work, school, in their parish and in the world. Ministries and organizations thrive when people draw on their greatest talents and partner with others in service. The parish becomes more engaging as parishioners more deeply belong within it, recognizing the community as a place in which every person has something to contribute.

*Registration for this pre-conference is open only to ICSC conference registrants, and seating capacity for Stewards of Our Strengths is limited. Register now here to insure your place in this special opportunity!
